Estimate Life cycle consist of scope-to-budget, following 50% construction design and concluding with 100% construction design. We go beyond project take off and identify scope gaps, missing details and other planning and design details.

As part of the FEMA Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power (STEP) Quality Assurance program team, Prime Universal Group provided 60 QAQC Inspectors in the United States, Virgin Islands territory. Completing over 10,000 inspections in support of temporary repairs and minor construction; allowing the local population to regain normalcy in their daily lives. Duties ranged from initial site visits/assessments, interim construction inspections and final site inspections, ensuring work is done to building codes and program standards.

Serve as prime contractor to construct 12 clinics throughout the Seattle area within Rite Aid facilities. Services included demolition of existing walls, floors and ceiling to accommodate new clinic. Provide HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, IT and fire suppression.

Serve as a sub-consultant to Wood Group/AMEC Foster-Wheeler, providing project planning, scheduling, procurement, estimating services and project oversight. Our team of Schedulers and Project Controllers build and maintain a highly detailed Critical Path Method P6 schedule for the Aegis Ashore program. Prime Universal Group provides our client and customers, (USACE, MDA and Wood Group) with a level of accuracy never before seen on a project of this magnitude and complexity.

Serve as a subcontractor for DynCorp International to provide the claims, REA, and change management of a variety of life support services on Afghanistan military bases, including base operations and maintenance; military construction; power generation; dining facilities operations; laundry services; morale, welfare and recreation operations, water production, billeting management, sewage and waste management operation of material handling equipment, and firefighting services.
